What does the Lifetime Warranty mean?
Ghost Armor is backed by a lifetime warranty. If it ever scratches, tears, peels or for any reason you are not satisfied, you can warranty out your Ghost Armor! Returning the original Ghost Armor is required.
Is my warranty really free?
Per the Ghost Armor Lifetime Replacement Guarantee, your Ghost Armor replacement is FREE. Your out of pocket expenses may include:
- Shipping & handling for the replacement product
- Postage for mailing back your old product
- Potential customs/brokerage fees for receiving the replacement product we ship to you
- Installation fees if you choose to have a Ghost Armor Rep install it for you
How should I return my Ghost Armor for my warranty request?
Once you have received your warranty request in the mail, simply take off the old Ghost Armor, stick it to the warranty request paper work that comes with your warranty order, and place it in an envelope to be shipped back to the return address. Please mail your old product back to:

What is the installation rules/fees for my Ghost Armor?
Ghost Armor installation labor is guaranteed for 7 days from the installation date. Labor is non-refundable. An installation labor fee will be charged for all warranty claims after the 7 days if you choose to have a Ghost Armor employee install your Ghost Armor. The installation fees are $5 for a screen and $10 for a full body, tablets and laptops are subject to a $15 install fee.
Why does it show me the Full Price for my Warranty Request?
You will see the price of the Armor on your checkout form, but you are only paying the shipping fee at that time. If you do not send back your material within 60 days that’s what you will be charged due to the fact that you are not completing the warranty processes as agreed to.
How do I warranty out my Ghost Armor?
- Click on warranty on the top of the webpage
If you have purchased it online before:
- Log back into your account
- Put a check mark next to the device you would like to warranty out
- Proceed with the checkout process as far as payment and shipping information is required
If you bought it at one of our retail locations:
- On the right hand side of the screen you will need to click “Here” to create an account
- Fill out the appropriate information
- Click on what you bought at the retail location and link it to you profile
Remember when ordering a warranty, make sure that you follow the directions to complete your warranty order and send back to us your original material within 60 days, so that you won’t be charged the price of the Armor. Simply put it into a white envelope and ship it back to our corporate office.
