Please read these instructions carefully then select the “Contact Us” tab to send an email to Customer Service for a replacement. Please include as much of the below requested information as possible. This will enable us to locate your account to better serve you with your replacement needs.

  • Invoice Number/Location if your original purchase was made at one of our locations
  • Name of Device(s) that you want an Armor replacement kit for
  • Shipping Address that you would like your replacement kit to be shipped to

Our on-line warranty will provide a replacement of your Armor at no charge within 30-days of the original purchase if it is defective in any way.  After 30-days and for the life of your device, you may receive a replacement of your Armor using our Replacement Program.  Under the Replacement Program, you will receive a new kit of Armor as well as the instructions and tools needed to install the Armor at a discounted replacement rate.

When creating a replacement claim, make sure that you follow the directions to complete your replacement order and send your original material back to us within 30 days of receiving your replacement armor so you will not be charged the full retail price of your replacement Armor. Further information will be in your new shipment. Ghost Armor will charge full retail price for the new material sent (less the replacement cost) if unable to confirm the receipt of the original material within 30 days.


*If you purchased your Armor at any one of our locations, you can return and have your replacement work done on site if original material is present and original proof of purchase can be verified.


** Our Kiosk warranty will provide a replacement of your Armor at no charge within 7-days of the original purchase if it is defective in any way.


Ghost Armor has updated the website in order to better serve our customers.  In order to do this, we have had to deactivate the old Ghost Armor website and you will be unable to log into this sight.  All of your prior purchases are still in our data base and we will be happy to assist you with your replacement needs.   At this time, customers are able to place new orders online; however, all replacement orders will need to be handled via email with our Customer Service Department

The Ghost Armor Warranty is our guarantee to the customer that our product will not be defective. The Warranty is valid for 7 days from the purchase and professional installation at an authorized Ghost Armor reseller location, or 30 days from delivery when purchased online (“Warranty period”). This Warranty applies to all Ghost Armor products*. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within the Warranty period stated above for a full refund of the product price (not including shipping costs). If a new product is installed within that Warranty period, the Warranty period will start from the date of the new installation or receipt. All Warranty refunds require the purchased material to be returned.


*Tempered Glass is not subject to a refund if it is returned broken. Ghost Armor does not provide any warranty for your device.


The Ghost Armor Lifetime Replacement Program allows our customers to replace their Ghost Armor product when the product becomes dirty, worn, or otherwise stops providing the full protection intended by the product. To make your device look new again, simply go to an authorized Ghost Armor reseller location, pay the Replacement Fee and new material** will be applied. If you do not have an authorized Ghost Armor reseller location nearby, you can obtain the replacement material** by sending a request to customerservice@ghost-armor.com (replacement fee, shipping costs, taxes, and duties are required where applicable). All Replacement requests require the return of the Ghost Armor product originally purchased. Always obtain a tracking number from the carrier you use to return the original material to our corporate location. Ghost Armor will charge full retail price for the new material sent (less the replacement cost) if unable to confirm the receipt of the original material within 30 days.


**Clear Armor, Matte Armor and Tempered Glass are part of the Replacement Program. Bumpers, bags, and clothes are not subject to this program. The Ghost Armor Warranty and Lifetime Replacement Programs only apply to the Ghost Armor material sold to cover your device.

When you receive your replacement product, remove the original material from your device and attach it to the enclosed Replacement Claim paperwork. Place the paperwork and material in an envelope write the Order number on the envelope in the address as follows: Ghost Armor Replacements (Order #) 70 S Val Vista Dr. Unit A3-281 Gilbert, AZ 85296 Always obtain a tracking number from the carrier you use to return the original material to Ghost Armor. You will be charged the full retail price of the new material if we are unable to confirm the receipt of the original material within 30 days.

Professional Installation of Ghost Armor materials, including Clear Armor, Matte Armor, Bumpers, and Tempered Glass are included in the original purchase price and Replacement fee when the product is purchased at an authorized Ghost Armor reseller location. Online purchases include a self-installation kit and step by step instructions. If you order online, but prefer to have your product installed professionally, simply take it to the nearest authorized Ghost Armor reseller location for free installation.
