Can you tell me a little more about Ghost Armor?
Ghost Armor® has been precisely pre-cut to protect your device. You'll receive the same extreme protection for your device that the military helicopter blades, fighter jet wingtips and the space shuttle's wingtips receive! Without bulk, creases, bubbles, or that orange peel look, we'll protect your device from scratches and dings. And remember - we back our product with a lifetime warranty!
Do we have locations in your state?
We may. By clicking on the “Locations” tab above you will be able to view all or search for the locations that are nearest to you.
Can I Ghost Armor something that is not on our list of products?
YES! We have a full time designer who works on an appointment basis, ready to design any product that you would like protected. An appointment can easily be set up by calling our corporate office, setting up a time and by finding out further information on the process.
How do I track my order?
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from when the order is placed. Ghost Armor will email you a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped. In this email you will find a tracking number corresponding to your package. By simply clicking on your tracking number it will bring you right to FedEx’s website where you will be able to tracking your order all the way to your front door.
Do you sell Ghost Armor in uncut, bulk pieces?
No. All Ghost Armor Kits are specifically designed for the exact device you need. We do not sell the Ghost Armor material in uncut, bulk pieces. If you have something that you would like designed, please email us at customerservice@ghost-armor.com or by calling our corporate office at (888) 960-2766.
How do I calculate when my order will arrive to my shipping address?
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from when the order is placed. Ghost Armor will email you a shipping confirmation once your order is shipped. Depending on when the shipping confirmation email was sent, you can calculate when your order will arrive by associating the shipping date with the shipping method you selected when you placed your order.

Do you ship to other countries?
We can ship to anywhere that Fedex will ship to in the world. If you are having problems when it comes to not being able to check out because of an address problem, please contact us by email at customerservice@ghost-armor.com or by calling our Customer Care line: (888) 960-2766.

Does Ghost Armor alter the sensitivity of touch screen devices?
Ghost Armor does not alter the function or sensitivity of touch screens, and because the protective film is optically clear, it does not distort the images on the interface. Optimal touch screen sensitivity will be achieved after the 12 to 24 hour curing period.
What does "Case Friendly" mean?
Ghost Armor's "Case Friendly" product is cut from a thinner roll of material than our standard product. This thinner roll should allow for most hard covered cases to fit overtop the device.
What does "Backordered" mean?
If a material or color on your order is labeled as "Backordered" we are currently unable to ship your order within the 1-2 business days it normally takes. We will process your order as soon as we have received the material from our vendors.
What is Ghost Armor's refund policy? How does it work?
Your Ghost Armor purchase is backed by our 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your Ghost Armor product, return the product within 30 days of your purchase date for your refund (shipping/installation fees are not refundable).
